Merry has been specializing in law firm marketing consulting since 1988. She assists law firms in attracting new business, better serving and expanding relationships with existing clients through Client Feedback Programs, increasing firm visibility through brand development and strategic marketing planning, facilitating retreats, and penetrating target market and industry segments through our Market Penetration Research^SM process.

Merry has extensive experience in change process management and is often called upon to assist firms in implementing new and /or comprehensive marketing tactics and plans. She has interviewed hundreds of clients for law firms over the past 15 years.

Background: Merry has been extremely active in the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) serving as Vice President and Co-Chair of the international LMA conference. She has published articles in numerous national publications such as The National Law Journal, Corporate Legal Times, The ABA Journal, Strategies, AmLaw Alert, Law Firm Governance, and Marketing for Lawyers.

Color Comments: As a full-fledged member of the fictional MAC (Mothers of Adult Children,) Merry brings the patience, craving for detail, and life understanding that only members of this elite group can muster. Merry is also an accomplished nationally ranked adult competitive figure skater who received a gold medal in 2001 and 2004 (See her skate.) Those University of Michigan alumni will have to be aware that Merry is a staunch Ohio State alumnus!
